When and How It Started
The organization was established in the year 2021, with a vision to create a society that respects and provides equal rights to all its members. Our dream is to see every member of society have access to quality education, healthy life, and a society free of exploitation and violence.
The main goal of Voice of Voiceless Project is to empower people especially marginalized groups by equipping them with knowledge so that they can improve their socio-economic status and participate meaningfully in the development of society.
Registration: Officially registered on 18th November 2021 with the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children under Registration No. 00NGO/R/2554

Goal Achievements
Health Care Support for Children with Disabilities
MUFT incurred the costs of accessing health care and covering the expenses related to 12 children and 4 with disabilities.
Educational Sponsorship for Children with Disabilities
MUFT supported the costs of school fees to 4 Children and young people with disabilities were enrolled in specialized schools with boarding schools and/or vocational schools.
Home Visits and Psychological Support Initiatives
MUFT conducted home visits and psychological support to families with children with disabilities, seminars for families and teachers, and periodic check-ups.
Food Support for Families with Disabled Children
MUFT provided adequate food support for children with disabilities and their families.
Tailoring Training for Socio-Economic Empowerment
MUFT performed special Training of Tailoring to the Community to equip them with knowledge for socio-economic improvement.
Computer Course Programs for Technological Awareness
MUFT performed special Training of Computer course programs to build awareness & knowledge of science and technology.
CHALLENGES
Challenges We Are Facing
Funding Challenges Due to Community Poverty
Limited financial resources affect our ability to expand programs and reach more beneficiaries.
Recruitment Challenges with Local Authorities
Difficulty in coordinating with local government and community leaders for program implementation.
Insufficient Equipment for Tailoring Project
Lack of modern sewing machines and materials hinders the effectiveness of our tailoring training programs.
Low Volunteer Participation
Minimum numbers of volunteers participate in our campaigns and training programs, affecting program reach.

Director: The Director is at the top of the organizational hierarchy and oversees the entire foundation.
Assistant Director: Reporting directly to the Director, the Assistant Director supports and assists in managing the foundation.
Internal Auditor: Reports to the Director and is responsible for auditing and ensuring financial and procedural compliance.
Project Manager: Also reports to the Assistant Director and is responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives within the foundation.
Project Committees: Report to the Director and Assistant Director and are involved in specific projects and decision-making processes.
Finance & Accountant Procurement Committee: Reporting to the Internal Auditor, this committee handles financial management and procurement processes.
Project Coordinator (Education, Health & Technical): Reports to the Project Manager and coordinates projects related to education, health, and technical aspects.
Training and Project Committees: These committees also report to the Project Manager and handle training programs and specific project initiatives.
Social Workers: Reporting to the Project Coordinator, they work directly on the ground, providing support and services.
Project Officers (Education, Health & Technical): These officers report to the Project Coordinator and are responsible for implementing projects in their respective fields.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (M&E): Reporting to the Project Coordinator, they ensure that the projects are running effectively and efficiently, providing monitoring and evaluation services.
Support Staff: Reporting to the Project Officers, they provide the necessary support to ensure smooth project operations.
