Director
The Director is at the top of the organizational hierarchy and oversees the entire foundation.
Assistant Director
Reporting directly to the Director, the Assistant Director supports and assists in managing the foundation.
Internal Auditor
Reports to the Director and is responsible for auditing and ensuring financial and procedural compliance.
Project Manager
Also reports to the Assistant Director and is responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives within the foundation.
Project Committees
Report to the Director and Assistant Director and are involved in specific projects and decision-making processes.
Finance & Accountant Procurement Committee
Reporting to the Internal Auditor, this committee handles financial management and procurement processes.
Project Coordinator (Education, Health & Technical)
Reports to the Project Manager and coordinates projects related to education, health, and technical aspects.
Training and Project Committees
These committees also report to the Project Manager and handle training programs and specific project initiatives.
Social Workers
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, they work directly on the ground, providing support and services.
Project Officers (Education, Health & Technical)
These officers report to the Project Coordinator and are responsible for implementing projects in their respective fields.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (M&E)
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, they ensure that the projects are running effectively and efficiently, providing monitoring and evaluation services.
Support Staff
Reporting to the Project Officers, they provide the necessary support to ensure smooth project operations.
